Monica met me at the appointed residence on time and her demeanor put me at ease right away. She was warm and welcoming and not all pushy. She showed me not only one home, but several; and was knowledgeable about each one. It was evident she had listened to my "wish" list because all of the homes she showed had the majority of items I wanted. She asked pertinent questions, and pointed out many details for our consideration. She let us know she is a veteran of the Air Force and offered information about Cal Vet and Veteran Home Loans, which was of particular interest to me. Monica has been absolutely amazing through the whole process. From the first meeting of going over the property, looking at everything involved and giving us a realistic idea and understanding on what we could expect, answering all of our questions and often explaining them before we could even think of them. She did an outstanding job of marketing our home, finding an amazing offer and helping up through all the closing along with making it feel seamless. She was also amazingly patient with all of our texts and calls and walked us through it all. I can not recommend her highly enough for all the hard work she put into our home and then if that wasn’t enough she helped us find the perfect home four hours away to buy. She has made multiple trips, negotiating to make sure we get the best deal and has been a godsend through it all. She is the full package when it comes to a realtor and I don’t know what we would of done without her amazing skills and guidance.
